1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using iMakeBill ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users worldwide.

2Description of Service

iMakeBill is an online invoicing and document management platform that allows users to:

• •Manage customers and business contacts
• •Share documents via WhatsApp and other channels
• •Track payment status of documents
• •Store business and financial records

3Free and Pro Plans

iMakeBill offers two subscription tiers:

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• •Maintain the security of your password and account
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• •Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• •Not share your account credentials with any third party

5Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use iMakeBill to:

• ✕Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices or documents
• ✕Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations
• ✕Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• ✕Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising material
• ✕Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• ✕Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it
• ✕Impersonate any person, business, or entity

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

6Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• •You authorize iMakeBill to charge your payment method for the selected plan
• •Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis
• •All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• •Failed payments may result in service suspension
• •You may cancel at any time but no refunds are provided for partial periods

7Intellectual Property

The iMakeBill platform, including its design, features, logo, and code, is the exclusive property of iMakeBill and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using our service (your invoices, customer data, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

8Disclaimer of Warranties

iMakeBill is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from use of the service.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iMakeBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
